KCPD officers dive into lake, rescue drowning woman

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Two Kansas City Police officers jumped into a lake over the weekend to rescue a woman who was drowning in the deep water.

Officers indicated that they responded on Sunday afternoon, Feb. 15, to Riss Lake near Pittman and East 43rd St. after receiving reports of a possible drowning.
