KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City nursing home faces a negligence lawsuit after a resident died in a fight with another resident.
The family of Darriyun Webb filed the lawsuit on Tuesday, Feb. 17, in Jackson County Circuit Court against Clara Manor Nursing Home, Inc.
