KANSAS CITY, Mo. — One of Kansas City’s most popular ice cream brands is opening its first location in Lawrence.
Betty Rae’s Ice Cream will open its newest franchise location in Lawrence near 6th Street and Wakarusa, with grand opening celebrations set for Feb. 21 and 22.
