Kansas City man, convicted murderer sentenced for illegal ammunition possession

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City man who was convicted of second-degree murder over two decades ago is headed back behind bars for another crime.

The U.S. Department of Justice announced Thursday that 65-year-old David Degerald was sentenced to 33 months in prison without parole for being a felon in possession of ammunition.
