CLAY COUNTY, Mo. (KQTV) — A 40-year-old man from Bates City, Missouri, is dead after being struck by a vehicle when he entered the roadway on Interstate 35 Thursday night.
The crash occurred around 8:24 p.m. at the 13.2-mile marker on I-35.
