Each truffle is handmade in the European style with all the love in the world, and it shows. They are pure confectionery perfection, and I’m hopelessly obsessed. It helps that Annedore’s makes and uses the world’s finest chocolate, and the chocolate is made in-house.
If truffles are a little too rich for you, no worries—you’ll find many other options to indulge in. Enjoy flawless toffees, brittle, and caramels. Fall in love with truly unique gifts, like high heels and boots made entirely of chocolate, and treat yourself to some of the most delicious moments of your life. You’ll want to leave with no fewer than a couple hundred items, give or take. At least I did. No shame over here, though.
As of this writing, there are three locations in Kansas: one in Overland Park, one in Westwood Hills, and one in Shawnee. If the desserts here weren’t fairy-tale perfect enough, just wait until you see the buildings the shops are in—they’re positively, quaintly storybook.
