KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City felon is heading to federal prison after a 107 mph chase ended with a gun found in his vehicle.
Michael A. Winchester, 22, was sentenced on Thursday, Feb. 26, to 51 months – 4 years and 3 months – in federal prison after pleading guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri.
