KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Kansas City man is facing charges in connection with a 2021 deadly shooting of a 16-year-old girl in Independence.
Jackson County Prosecutor Melesa Johnson announced Wednesday that 21-year-old Justin Finch is charged with second-degree murder, armed criminal action and first-degree burglary.
