TOPEKA, Kan. (KCTV) – Kansas storms cost insurers more than $128 million on the Kansas side of the metro area alone last year.
Insurance Commissioner Vicki Schmidt announced the statewide figures on Thursday, March 5, which showed nearly 82,500 storm claims were filed in 2025.
