KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City, Kansas, man faces felony charges after stealing an unmarked police vehicle and leading law enforcement officials on a dangerous chase.
Jorge A. Castrejon, 26, of Kansas City, Kansas, has been charged with aggravated fleeing a stop and tampering with a motor vehicle, according to Jackson County Circuit Court records.
