BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. (KCTV) – A Blue Springs teenager is charged with breaking into a home and smothering a sleeping girl, leaving her with hemorrhages in both eyes.
Jackson County Prosecutor Melesa Johnson announced on Monday, March 16, that Christian Shirley, 17, of Blue Springs, faces first-degree assault and burglary charges.
