KANSAS CITY —Law enforcement are investigating a fatal hit-and-run that occurred just just before 2:30a.m. Saturday in Kansas City, Missouri.
A preliminary investigation revealed that a black TAO Motors scooter was traveling southeast on Martin Luther King Boulevard making a left turn onto Eastwood Trafficway with a green traffic control signal, according to Kansas City Police Sergeant Phil DiMaratino.
