CLAY COUNTY, Mo. (KCTV) – A shooting at a fast food restaurant in Clay County over the weekend led to charges being filed against the manager of the store.
Clay County Prosecutor Zachary Thompson announced Monday that charges have been filed against Terrence R. Phillips after a shooting at the Wendy’s located on N. Oak Trafficway on Friday, March 20, 2026.
