KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas wants developers receiving city tax incentives to pay fair wages, meet minority business goals and boost affordable housing.
“If Kansas City is subsidizing your development, you’re going to pay workers fairly,” Mayor Lucas said on social media.
