KANSAS CITY, Kan. (KCTV) – Residents on Barnett Avenue have gone without mail delivery for two weeks, with delays entering a third week. An official with the U.S. Postal Service office in Kansas City said the service suspension is due to encounters with loose dogs in the neighborhood.
“We really need the public’s help with this. We’re asking folks to keep their pets inside,” said Mark Inglett, manager of strategic communications for USPS Central Area.
