A rolling shooting that began on an Overland Park residential street and ended in a fiery crash in a Prairie Village park over the weekend unfolded after the victims said they were followed from Kansas City, police said.
Overland Park and Prairie Village police are jointly investigating the shooting that occurred around 6:50 p.m. Sunday in the 9900 block of Roe Avenue and ended about 1.5 miles north at Franklin Park in the 8700 block of Roe Avenue.
