KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Newly obtained court records are revealing new details about the burglary suspect who was shot after allegedly opening fire on Mission, Kansas, police officers earlier this month.
The suspect, William Henry Parker III, is charged in Johnson County with attempted capital murder, interference with law enforcement and burglary of a structure.
