KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Breakfast and brunch restaurant chain Urban Egg will be expanding over the state line to Liberty, Missouri, the restaurant announced on Wednesday.
Currently, the Colorado-based restaurant has one location in Overland Park, Kansas on West 119th Street, but is expected to open a location in Liberty, Missouri.
Grand opening day is set for May 4, opening its doors to the public for guests to enjoy all-day breakfast made with locally-sourced ingredients directly from Kansas City farmers…
