A Kansas City man is facing multiple felony and misdemeanor charges in Daviess County following a wrong-way crash on Interstate 35 that left another driver seriously injured on April 2.
Online court records indicate that 37-year-old Damon Bennett Boshane has been charged with driving while intoxicated involving serious physical injury and possession of a controlled substance, both felonies. Additional misdemeanor charges include operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident and driving the wrong direction on a divided highway resulting in an accident.
