KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Thousands of Christians came together Sunday to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ before Easter egg hunts and family gatherings.
Nearly 1,000 people filled the pews inside the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Kansas City for a special Easter Sunday mass.
The cathedral drew worshipers from all across the metro, both regulars and visitors. Some received baptism, confirmation and took part in their first communion.
