LEE’S SUMMIT, Mo. — A Lee’s Summit business owner is facing the fight of his life after a stage four cancer diagnosis, but he’s not facing it alone.
“By early August, we had a stage four diagnosis of pancreatic cancer on my pancreas and on my lungs. And so, kind of earth-shattering at that point, trying to figure out what to do,” owner of The Goat Brewing Company, Jeremy Kneeland said.
The husband and father of two has since undergone 16 rounds of chemotherapy and suffered a lung collapse during a recent procedure to freeze tumors on his lungs. Despite the challenges, he continues working to support his family…
