KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Getting your first tattoo can be nerve-wracking, especially for older adults.
That’s why one Kansas City tattoo studio is creating a more welcoming space for people 55-and-older to finally take the leap.
“A lot of people feel a little intimidated by coming into a tattoo place and so, this whole event was made so that you know folks who’ve never had one, older folks, would be able to come in and take your time, get a consultation or go ahead and get the tattoo,” Nancy Mays, who got her first tattoo at this weekend’s event said…
