A Kansas City man is facing an assault charge after he allegedly shot a tow truck driver during an argument, according to court documents.
The Platte County Prosecutor’s Office charged Ezekial Z. Doss, 33, with one count of second-degree assault in the shooting early Saturday in the 6400 block of Northwest 70th Street in Kansas City, North.
