Wisconsin Man Identified in Fatal Clay County Hit-and-Run; Person of Interest in Custody

Authorities have identified a Wisconsin man killed in a Monday morning hit-and-run and have taken a person of interest into custody.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office said 37-year-old Steven C. Notari was found dead on Edgar Petty Road, just north of NE 116th Street, after a semi-truck driver reported seeing a body at 7:10 a.m. Monday.
