Authorities in the Clay County Sheriff’s Office are continuing to investigate a fatal hit-and-run involving a pedestrian that occurred on April 13, with new developments including the identification of the victim and the detention of a person of interest.
The victim has been identified as 37-year-old Steven C. Notari of Wisconsin.
