Legacy of slain Kansas City paramedic lives on through scholarships year after death

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Dozens of people plan to honor a Kansas City firefighter and paramedic a year after his death.

Graham Hoffman, 29, died on April 27, 2025, after he was stabbed while treating a patient in an ambulance. Hoffman had served the Kansas City area for more than five years.
