Kansas City man charged with murder after deadly shooting last November

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Kansas City man is facing charges in connection with a deadly shooting last November after investigators said a meeting arranged on Instagram turned violent.

Antyne D. Layton has been charged with second-degree murder and one count of armed criminal action.
