Kansas City woman who set warehouse on fire pleads guilty to possessing destructive devices

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City woman who set fire to a southern Kansas City warehouse pleaded guilty in federal court Thursday.

Thirty-year-old Dara S. O’Connor pleaded guilty to one count of knowingly possessing two destructive devices.

Court documents accused O’Connor of trying to destroy a warehouse on Botts Road after reports that the facility was being considered for purchase by the federal government for a potential Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention facility…
