KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A vacant, city-owned lot in the Hospital Hill neighborhood will soon be developed for a mixed-income apartment community.
On Thursday, 25 Campbell Partners, a subsidiary of Riverstone Platform Partners, announced plans for The Ascent, a 144-unit mixed-income apartment community. The planned community is set to be built at 25th and Campbell streets on Hospital Hill, bringing more development to a neighborhood that will experience significant change in the next half-decade.
