Kansas City-area concertgoers can get their first look at Morton Amphitheater at a newly announced benefit concert supporting a local charity associated with celebrity-led fundraiser Thundergong!
The Live Nation-backed concert venue in Riverside announced that the Sunset Soundcheck will set the scene two days before pop star Kesha takes the stage, and before more than 35 shows flood the venue from June to October.
The venue will be open from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Monday, June 1, for visitors to check out the open-area pavilion, the VIP-exclusive Vinyl Room, the 12,000 seats and the additional lawn sections that add 4,000 to the amphitheater’s capacity…
