This week FOX4’s Dave D’Marko looked into the law as it’s applied in Missouri, in the wake of Jackson County Prosecutor Melesa Johnson blaming the law for her inability to charge two suspects with murder at the Chiefs Rally shoot out that left an innocent bystander dead.
Critics say the law leads to fewer prosecutions and ultimately more violent crime…
