Prosecutors charged Dustin Clock, a Missouri man, in a fatal Kansas City shooting that occurred last month after the victim reportedly said Clock’s girlfriend was “sexy” and winked at her, according to court documents.
Bobby Nimmo, 48, was killed in the April 24 shooting near the intersection of Independence and Monroeavenues.
Clock was charged with one count of second-degree murder and one count of armed criminal action in Jackson County Circuit Court on Monday.
