CLAY COUNTY, Mo. – A Gladstone man was scheduled to appear in Clay County court Monday after reportedly assaulting a former coworker and biting a police officer.
34-year-old Jeremy McNack is charged with 2 counts of assault and one of a special victim.
According to a probable cause statement, McNack went to his former workplace just before 7 p.m. Friday, where he allegedly demanded occupants fight him, spat on the door and tore pages from of a Bible.
