CLAY COUNTY, Mo. — A suspected Kansas City car thief is due in Clay County court at 2 p.m. Monday for arraignment following a high-speed pursuit.
Lester Eugene Brown Jr., 19, is charged with robbery and aggravated fleeing. Bond is set at $200,000.
