KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – On May 21, Kansas City leaders gave the green light to a major Northland redevelopment proposal.
The plan could transform about 400 acres of currently unused land near the intersection of NE Shoal Creek Parkway, Interstate 435, and Highway 152.
