Einstein Bros Bagels is set to bring another good bagel eatery to the Greater Houston region. According to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation permit, the new Einstein Bros. Bagel to open in Spring is expected to open in the H-E-B Gosling Market shopping center at 5330 FM 2920 Rd.
The permit further details that construction is currently underway and slated to wrap up towards the end of July. If all goes well with permitting and the estimated $350,000 construction project, the new Spring Einstein Bros Bagels should be open before the end of summer.
