HOUSTON – The Black Cowboy Museum has canceled its 2026 Juneteenth Trail Ride, Parade and outdoor activities planned at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds due to forecasted weather conditions.
In a statement, museum founder and CEO Larry Callies said the decision was made “out of an abundance of caution.”
