Beautiful Weekend Ahead, But Watch the Heat

Today marks the last day of any meaningful rain chances for the foreseeable future across the region. A few isolated storms are possible this afternoon mainly northeast of Houston and along the coast, but after today, don’t count on rain for possibly the next week or so!

Temperatures throughout the weekend will reach the low 90s with heat index values reaching triple digits daily. Southeast Texas shouldn’t have to worry about any heat advisories until possibly Tuesday-Thursday of next week…
