Just northwest of Houston, one of America’s fastest-growing counties is preparing to welcome more than 1,000 new neighbors.
A Columbus, Ohio-based home developer, M/I Homes, recently acquired roughly 230 acres near Waller, according to a recent news release. A 600-home development will take shape onsite.
Known as Sandhill Reserve, the community will ultimately feature roughly 1,130 homes in total. In addition to M/I Homes’ 600-home development in the south, AQU Capital’s development company, Avani Communities, will develop another 530 homes in the northern portion, according to the Houston Business Journal…
