Residents of Vacek Pointe in Richmond have been without streetlights for more than a month after the electricity was shut off due to problems with the homeowners association’s accounts with its retail electricity provider and CenterPoint Energy.
Now, the company that took over management of the Fort Bend subdivision says it is working to get the lights back on. Residents said they still have questions about how the account was handled before the outage and how their HOA dues were spent.
