Texas Man Allegedly Drives Car Into Rosenberg Kroger Pharmacy Entrance After Finding Restroom Doors Locked, Causing Extensive Damage and Drawing a Criminal Mischief Arrest

ROSENBERG, TX — A Texas man is accused of intentionally driving his car into a Kroger store in Rosenberg after becoming frustrated that the restroom doors were locked. Police said the crash happened early Sunday morning and caused extensive damage to the pharmacy entrance.

The Rosenberg Police Department said the driver accelerated into the store around 4:28 a.m. on Sept. 27. Officers later identified the motive as a need to use the restroom, according to a Facebook post from the department.

The man was arrested on a criminal mischief charge. Police did not identify him in their initial statement.
