KATY, Texas – (Realty News Report) – Texas Heritage Marketplace, a massive retail development by NewQuest in Katy, has welcomed Target and Lowe’s as the initial retailers to open at the $400 million project.
The 165-acre mixed-use center, located at the southeast corner of the Katy Freeway and Texas Heritage Parkway, will also have a Sam’s Club. Upon completion, Texas Heritage Marketplace will have 800,000 square feet of retail space.
With more stores coming next year, the center will provide new shopping options for residents of surrounding communities such as Cane Island, Cross Creek Ranch, Firethorne, Jordan Ranch, and Tamarron…
