HOUSTON (KIAH) – A truck crashed in north Houston on the Hardy Toll Road’s frontage road following a police chase late Thursday night. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said the man behind the wheel was part of a parking lot takeover Thursday night near the Eastex Freeway and Mt. Houston.
