On Monday evening, the Houston Rockets hosted the Los Angeles Lakers in Texas.
The Rockets dominated for most of the night and won by a score of 135-119.
Jalen Green led the way with 34 points, 12 rebounds, seven assists and one steal while shooting 12/23 from the field in 41 minutes.
During the fourth quarter, LeBron James took a scary fall after getting hit in the head by Dillon Brooks.
Thankfully, James was able to stay in the game, and Brooks was assessed a Flagrant 1 foul, so he wasn’t ejected.
Brooks finished his night with 17 points, five rebounds, one assist and one steal while shooting 7/12 from the field and 2/4 from the three-point range in 28 minutes of playing time.
With the victory, the Rockets improved to 22-24 in their first 46 games, which has them as the 11th seed in the Western Conference.
They are an impressive 17-8 in the 25 games they have played on their home floor in Houston.
Following the Lakers, the Rockets will host the New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday evening.
