HOUSTON (KIAH) – A man dies after crashing into a tree in south Houston early Friday morning. The crash happened at the 1160 block of Allen Genoa Road near El Buey Way. Police said around 1:30 a.m., the driver was possibly speeding down Allen Genoa when he went off the roadway, crashing into a tree in the center divider. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
