In what turned out to be a sticky situation for law enforcement, a man has found himself behind bars after spitting on a deputy constable during a disturbance altercation outside Houston. The incident, which took place today, saw deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responding to a rowdy scene on the 8600 block of FM 1960 Bypass Road West.
