BAKER COUNTY – A Texas man was arrested by Oregon State Police in Baker County recently after being found to have an out of state warrant. Glenn Mitchell Jones, 42, of Cypress Texas was stopped for speeding which resulted in his arrest on charges of “Fugitive from Other State”. The following report was provided by OSP.
