Looks like a group was going around rescuing folks stranded in their homes due to the Texas floods and someone left their dog behind in the house. Looks like the state of Texas is currently assessing storm damage from several flooded Texas counties. The counties that were hit the most severely with torrential rain over the past week were Polk, Montgomery, Liberty and Harris counties. 91 counties in Central, East, and South Texas have declared states of emergency due to the flood. The state says that 50 roads are completely impassible due to the flood.
