Following a failed forgery scheme at a Capital One Bank, authorities arrested a man and a woman after a dramatic car chase in northwest Houston. Deputies with Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office said responded to a forgery call at the Capital One Bank in the 3000 block of FM 1960 on June 14. When deputies arrived, they saw the suspect vehicle fleeing the parking lot and tried pulling the driver over, but they refused to stop, so a chase ensued.
