One Houston-based restaurant group is poised to make an impact on San Antonio and the Hill Country haven of Fredericksburg in the coming months. Adair Concepts, which operates about a half dozen different restaurant brands, announced plans in May to open Adair Kitchen in the former Jim’s Restaurant at 4108 Broadway with a targeted opening date in early 2025. Now, the group is adding an offshoot of its Tex-Mex property Los Tios with locations in both San Antonio and Fredericksburg. The San Antonio location will be a block away from Adair Kitchen at 4820 Broadway, and is also slated for an early 2025 open. The Fredericksburg property will be in the heart of that city’s historic district at 203 E. San Antonio St., and is set to open later this year.
